Vehicle Wash Mats for Contained Washdown

Keep wash water where you can manage it. Trade Enviro vehicle wash mats provide a contained wash area for cars, utes, trucks, plant and equipment where a fixed wash bay is not the right fit.

Choose the mat footprint, protective wheel tracks, ramps and water-transfer options around your vehicles and site. Start with a standalone mat or ask us to configure a portable wash bay package.

When to Use a Vehicle Wash Mat

Vehicle wash mats are suited to sites where washdown containment is required but permanent infrastructure is not practical.

Common applications include:

  • Construction and infrastructure projects
  • Mining and resource operations
  • Equipment hire yards
  • Remote or temporary worksites
  • Shutdown maintenance projects
  • Short-term environmental compliance requirements

For a complete relocatable washdown setup, ask us to configure the mat, access equipment and water-transfer options together. Pump and hose kits are quoted when required; holding, diversion and treatment are selected for the site.

Key Features

  • Heavy-duty mat construction – UV-stable 900 gsm PVC is available in the heavy-duty range, with a heavier grade configured for greater exposure and duty.
  • Protective vehicle access – HD wheel tracks are recommended for vehicle use. Light-vehicle ramps may suit cars and utes; larger vehicles need HD ramp selection.
  • Containment and water recovery – captured water pools at the lowest point for removal using the configured pump or your suitable existing transfer arrangement.
  • Practical setup – install on a stable, compact surface clear of sharp objects; concrete is preferred. The basic mat and access equipment can be customer-installed.
  • Nominal mat sizes – 6 × 4 m, 10 × 5 m, 12 × 5 m and 18 × 6 m, plus custom formats. Final usable area and configuration are confirmed with your quote.
  • Treatment Integration Options
Compatible with pump-out systems, diversion units and filtration solutions where required.

Vehicle wash mat questions

Is a pump included with every wash mat?

The mat is the core product. A pump and hose-transfer kit can be quoted when needed, or the mat can suit a site with an appropriate existing water-transfer arrangement.

Which size should I choose?

Allow for the largest vehicle or equipment, working clearance and access. Common nominal formats are 6 × 4 m, 10 × 5 m, 12 × 5 m and 18 × 6 m, with custom sizes available. We confirm the final usable area before ordering.

What surface does the mat need?

Use a stable, compact surface clear of sharp or penetrable objects. Concrete is preferred. Send photos of the proposed location so we can discuss the practical setup.

Where does captured wash water go?

Water is collected for transfer to the holding, treatment or disposal pathway selected for your site. The mat contains water; it does not itself treat the wastewater.
